This Degree in Geology will help me pass along the wonder and amazement for Planet Earth that was gifted to me by my Kumu. Studying Geology has already brought me so many incredible opportunities, and I hope to be able to continue working in the sciences and scientific media after Graduation.
I'm proud to be a Graduate of the Class of 2021, a group of students who have used their talent of Adaptability to persevere in difficult circumstances. This theme was seen throughout my scholastic career as well as in life. As seen in the Geologic record, Life takes Adaptability! Congratulations to my fellow Pandemic Classmates! IMUA Class of 2021!!!

I'd like to thank my Brilliant Geology Professors for their wonderful support, hard work, and patience; Dr. Stephen Lundblad, Dr. Ken Hon, Dr. James Anderson and Dr. Jene Michaud. Without you none of this was possible!
Also to Jan Schultz and Jeff Meyer, my first Geology Professors who started me on this journey by sharing their inspiration and passion for the Planet on my first Field Study to Death Valley.
Finally to Dr. Robert S. Gray; a Professor I have to thank not only for his belief in my ability to become a Science Major, and his pushing me to work at the level I needed to in order to succeed-- but for being such an important Mentor, Father Figure, and Friend.

Mahalo to my Family, who was my rock through this whole process. Without their Commitment to supporting my Education I wouldn't be where I am today. Though he is no longer with us, I have my Dad to thank more than anyone. His impact on my life was so great, I still strive every day to make him proud.
To my Daughter Sofia, my biggest inspiration!
To Kenny the Love of my life, his sacrifice during this time to set his busy career aside and take care of our family was what made my final Semester possible.
To My Mom, and Baba for also helping out beyond the call of duty- as well as Kalehua and Kaela for being there for us in every way possible!
