Victoria Ann Malia Jose - UH Hilo Spring 2021 Commencement Celebration Graduate
Congratulations on your hard-earned accomplishments and to all of our graduates!
Bachelor of Arts in History
Member of Phi Alpha Theta (ΦΑΘ).
There are many people that I owe a thank you to. My parents who provided a foundation that allowed me to attend college. All my friends that have been there along the way. Whether to grab a coffee after a late night of studying or to be a second pair of eyes for one of my research papers. Finally, to all the professors of the History department. Who were always willing to talk, be it about a paper or a personal problem.
While I would have liked to finish out my undergraduate in person, this has still been my experience. All the knowledge that I have gained, from both in person and virtual learning platforms, can never be taken away from me. Knowledge is the one thing in this world that can never be taken away from you.
The list of degree candidates are tentative and based upon the successful completion of work undertaken. Degree conferral can only be verified by receipt of a diploma or official transcript noting degree completion; inclusion in the Commencement Program or participation in the Commencement Ceremony does not imply degree conferral.
