I waited a long time for this day to come. I spent many days and many nights contemplating giving up. But, something in me said not to, so I didn't. All in all it wasn't easy, but I did it!

To the University of Hawai'i Hilo, thank you for all that you have done for me. Thank you for the memories and the amazing individuals you have brought into my life that I now call family. I am humbled and extremely honored to accomplish another milestone in my life.

To my supporters, I am forever grateful to have such a committed and dedicated support system. We have been through a lot and now even a pandemic. All of you played a very important and significant part in my life. I want each and everyone one of you to know that without you, I wouldn't be here.

To my future self, Pulama you da man brah! Don't ever give up on your dreams. You can do and be anything you set your mind to. Remember, everything happens for a reason, and Never forget who you are or where you come from.

To my ohana, mahalo nui for never leaving my side and always being there to pick me up when I was down. You are the foundation in everything I do.

Dad, you are the man I have always looked up to. You were and still are one of my biggest role models in life. Thank you for everything you do for me, our family, and our community I love you.

And to my mom, you're the best... literally the BEST! I am so blessed to have you as my mother and thank you for never giving up on me. Thank you for always staying up late and spending so much time to help me with my homework and just life in general. I couldn't have done it without you mom. We're here finally, we did it and I always wanna make you proud. I love you so much.
