This is when my journey began after apprenticeship... I was in culn150 I believe it was. Chef D. Swift was my chef. We had to learn sustainability and plant our own herbs. We had to use that herb in our practical dish and share it with the class. Culn150 Planting our personal herb plant.

Culinary School They were good times in Culn150 baking fundamentals and Culn155 intermediate baking. I really enjoyed my time with my fellow classmates. My chef, Dan Wetters, he is the bomb. I learned a lot and really enjoyed myself.

Garden This picture is my own personal photo shoot at home in the yard. I enjoy doing yard work in my spare time. It helps me to stay grounded and out of the mix. If I'm not at school or work, I'm in the yard soaking up the sun and having fun. The plants and landscape never had it better.
