To my fellow graduates of the class of 2022. Let’s raise our glasses to tests we conquered, to friends we made, to professors we met, to laughter we shared, to tears we shed. We are so close to the finish line. This is for us! College was truly a taste of the real world and I am so grateful for this journey! I would like to thank my professors. Thank you for choosing this path for your life – to teach. For having the strength to teach every one of us and for believing in me. Your support made us motivated. I am forever grateful. To my family, thank you for giving me the support, love and kindness. I feel so grateful and blessed. Special thanks to the Malacas bloodline, the Querido familia, my best friend Brianne and everyone who has supported me through these years.
All of this wouldn't have happened without you. To Mom and Dad, thank you for showing me love in its rarest form, I’d be nowhere near the person I am. There aren’t enough words in the world to express my appreciation. I owe you one. To my eldest sister Chastity, Thank you for showing me the beauty of having a relationship with God and the importance of keeping Him first in my life. That foundation has continually kept me grounded and has remained a great source of love, power, and strength in my life.
To my little siblings, thank you for giving me headaches but mostly for making me laugh and smile. Being your big sister makes me proud and I encourage you guys to do good in school, stay out of trouble and listen. And most importantly chase your dreams because I'm going to be here by your side supporting you guys.
To Jodan Mathew, Thank you for always supporting me, you are the BEST cheerleader and my number one supporter that I could ever ask for. Nothing is more reassuring than knowing you’re rooting for me in everything I do. Thank you for being such a great listener and for pushing me to be the best I can be <3
